Eileen Sullivan directs the department’s internship program. She is a political theorist specializing in contemporary political theory including democratic theory. She has a wide range of public sector experience in urban political organization and public policy research. Dr. Sullivan, who has her doctorate in political science from Columbia University, teaches undergraduate and graduate courses. Her courses include the history of political thought, Citizenship and Democracy, Research Methods, and Politics and Literature.
